Non-Refundable Items:
- Ebooks
- Training and masterclasses
Lash Training and Masterclasses: If you've enrolled in our Lash Training or Masterclasses, please note that these are non-refundable. We're committed to providing you with comprehensive training and guidance to enhance your skills as a lash artist.
Return Policy: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at sbakalish@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
